Positive: Location is good, easy to walk into town along the sea wall. Lovely big mugs for tea and coffee and the mini fridge is handy. Staff are lovely, always friendly.

Negative: Was a bit confusing about room cleaning - learned we had to ask for it and leave the room key. Several times had to ask for new towels when cleaners forgot to replace them.

Positive: Host very welcoming after getting over surprise at my arrival Room was ok although They only had green tea. When I asked for English breakfast, the staff bought more green tea. Not a big problem Location is good and bed was comfortable.

Negative: Not sure why they were surprised at my arrival. Hadn’t booking.com notified them? The breakfast is very basic. I didn't eat, apart form Krispies and went and found a cafe after it. I parked on road at side of hotel. Nobody told me if there was any other parking? But this seemed to work ok
